Hi guys, some weird issue today, my gpu memory clock randomly just spikes up from idle at 810mhz to 4000mhz, and then that causes a random artifact. if i keep it at 4000mhz all the time (meaning gpu under load) its perfectly fine?, its a fairly new gtx 1060, i have copper heatsinks on my vrams to.
